1. I have the title in hand which certainly makes the transaction simpler.
2. I've gotten some questions on the tires and wanted to answer here for all to see. All tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports.
Fronts: 235/35ZR19, Date Codes = 4312 and 4112, unsure of install date or mileage, but plenty of tread per photos
Rears: 265/35ZR19, Date Codes = 2913 and 2613, installed 2/28/14 with 23,221 on to odo.
Track wheels and tires were on for probably 1000 miles counting DEs, trips to/from DES and test drives around town.

In the attached pictures, the Cayman wheels/tires are on the right and my MY02 track wheels/tires are on the left. These are simply to show the tread, but you can get a good look at the Fabspeed exhaust too. Looks like two motorcycle cans under there. Sounds like it too.

Oh and @juntsky, I'm sure plenty of us here had the "Justification for Higher Education" poster up in our college dorm rooms. Use whatever motivation you need to keep you on track to finish your degree(s), get a good job, keep your head screwed on straight and you will get there yourself in due time.
