For Sale: PCM3 from a 987.2
Category: Audio/Video/Electronics
Price (no $ sign please): $700
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (select ONLY those which apply): 987, 997
Location (Region): SouthEast
Item Condition: Used
As you can see in the pictures, I had the Bluetooth and Aux codes active in this, but it's matched to the VIN. BUT, since my Cayman shipped with its CDR30 enabled with the Aux and Bluetooth functions, my dealer just looked up those codes and installed them in the PCM3 for $60.
One Caveat of switching from CDR30 to PCM3 is that the microphone for your phone function won't work. PCM3 cars have two mics and CDR30 cars have one. You can get the second mic and wiring harness (eBay, Panjo, etc) and follow the instructions provided by Porsche to make it work. I have that doc and can send you via PM if you like.
Thanks for looking!

Ha. That's because I changed my email address from my "spam" one to my main one so I could get notifications to the address I check frequently. I emailed you that doc.

I had this PCM3 in the Cayman and took it out to save some money for the buyer, thinking I may install it in the Spyder. Since the Spyder isn't a DD, I'd rather keep the CDR30 in there and use the money from the sale of this PCM3 for something else.
