Hey Alex, hope you're well. That would be a good bet. This car has never seen a track. Bought GT3 from Paul Miller in NJ. They will be handling the GTS sale too.

Thanks Blue, I'm doing well and happy New Year to you! It's driving me nuts not being able to drive the car right now. I was only kidding about the tracking, not sure if you noticed in your post that you said the car was tracked so I was just pointing that out tongue in cheek.

I see a lot of great cars pop up at Paul Miller - hopefully, they're treating you well. I can't wait to see and hear it when it arrives.

- Alex

Alex, thanks for the subtle hint. Typo corrected. Wanted to say that I never tracked the car.

BTW, car was de-badged when it went in for paint correction, etc. I still have the rear badging but chose to leave it off because I thought it looked much cleaner that way.

I had the exact same thing happen to me with a pressure washer tip. I was washing a 1 month old Audi in my driveway and the tip shot off like a bullet into the door. My PDR guy was able to get the dent out and now I always test the sprayer away from the car before pointing directly. I felt so sick when it happened so I can relate. Beautiful car with great options, GLWS.

^^^^^^Great pro tip. Always, always spray before pointing at car. Live and learn. Surprised to hear this happening to others. Felt like I must have been the dumbest person in the world at the time. Thanks for your post.

I never touched this black paint with my hands. Rinse, foam, rinse, blow dry.

Thats how you keep a black car looking near perfect.

When that tip hit the side of my car, I was sick for a month. Couldn’t even bring myself to look at it.

Up until early last year I was always torn between purchasing a 991 GTS or going Air Cooled 964 while still driving a 970 Turbo, eventually naturally aspirated won my internal battle and after the 964 C4, the 993 4S followed shortly thereafter. Beautiful car, the new GT3 should be a dream. GLWS

PRICE LOWERED TO $114,995.

Also, minor (1/8") paint chip repaired, picking up today and will post pictures. No re-spray was required. Car is as-new condition. Should be around until Monday when it's going in for trade, IF I proceed with GT3 purchase.

Let my idiocy (and the current soft 991.1 GTS market) be your opportunity. Love for this gorgeous, black manual GTS to find her new home with a fellow Rennlist member.

Filthy by my standards, yet still shines like a mirror. Touch up is undetectable.

Are you consigning the car to Paul Miller to sell or did you trade it in?

Good luck with the GT3.
