SOLD

I’m changing up my fleet in preparation for a Cup. I sold my 2010TT a few weeks back and now I need to do the same with this unique 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo that is finished in Lapis Blue (L3A8) over Natural Savannah leather. Full maintenance history available including a major maintenance with tires, shifter, belts, plugs/coils, fluids, tires plus many of the common issues taken care including clutch accumulator, hydraulic spoiler, coolant expansion tank, pads/rotors, CV Boots, aero lip, and refinished wheels. This twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six sends power to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transaxle, and maintenance included drive belt, spark plug, and ignition coil replacements, along with an oil service, brake fluid flush, new Michelin tires, and more. This 996TT is now being offered with records, the factory manuals, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title in my name.

You car is Lapis Blue on Natural Brown. Stunning! Ultra rare combo and it took years to find mine in the same combo.

How long have you owned the car?
Do you have a build sheet?

All stock and including stock clutch?
Curious why headlights were replaced, just getting cloudy?

I couldn’t find anything on the clutch replacement in the history, although it feels strong as new. The hydraulic assist was replaced.
Correct- cloudy headlights. My former 996tt had the same but I wet sanded/polished and they looked like new!

On this PPI, it indicates that the driver’s side lock assembly & window regulator stop set have issues? Have these been addressed? Also, are their other issues with the car?

Thanks,
Alex

Correct that was the previous PPI when PO purchased the car <1000 miles ago and addressed all items.. Over his three years of ownership he logged 200 miles as it sat in his collection. I changed fluids, CV boots, shifter, detent, and have been driving the car daily. The PO did mention he had the 2nd slip before hence so I tried the preventative measures. I was not getting the 2nd slip. I took the car to a steep hill yesterday at lunch and tried to rock the car (high to low revs) several times and under the right circumstance WAS able to get it to happen. Read on the board last night it’s most likely the 2nd gear synchro. John at Speedtech was saying it’s a ~$2k job.

Reducing asking price of car to accomodate. -$2k
