These seats are in great condition. They have only been in the car for 12,500 miles before they were taken out years ago.
They are out of a 2004 GT3. The look is very similar to the hard back 993 Sport Seats and many 993 have these seats installed for a sportier look and better support.

I have these seats in my car and they are a great upgrade (night and day difference) over the OEM comfort seats. I believe they include lumbar adjustibility; at least mine do and that is significant, especially on longer drives!

While there might be more wires running from the 12 way, heated seat; the seat wire receptacle does not change, and you only utilize the wires provided by the electrics in the seats you install.
I had 8 way power seats in my car, while the 996 hardback sport seats installed, only have power tilt of the seat backs.
The fore/aft, lumbar and seat height are all manual, which leaves a number of the electrical connectors unutilized, with no warning light errors...At least this is true in a 993.
I did wrap the wire receptacle with electrical tape to keep out debris and moisture.
