Some of you may recognize this classified thread, I had this car listed here back in November 2017 and was planning to move it to BAT but wanted to give it one more shot here on Rennlist during Summer. I have also reduced the asking price and I am open to offers. I am selling because I could make better use of another SUV than this C4S; I hate that she just sits in the garage!
Posting my Arctic Silver 2002 996 C4S with 107k original miles for sale. Recently had a newborn and I can literally count the number of times I've had the chance to drive this beauty on one hand. The asking price may seem high for an example with over 100k miles but I can confidently say that this is a super clean daily driver that has been well maintained and enjoyed by P-car enthusiasts over the last 15 years.
I am the 4th owner of this C4S and purchased it last October with 105,573 miles. I have barely put 2k miles on her, this is our 4th car and doesn’t really see a lot of road time, which is unfortunate! This is a California/Florida car and has never seen snow, ice, or salt. Like the title says, this car is fully documented and has no stories. This car has a Clean Carfax with No Accidents, Clean Title in Hand, and 3 original keys with original manuals and leather pouch. Additionally, I also have a healthy oil analysis report from Blackstone.
The car will be sold as pictured - I do have the stock airbox and side markers that can be replaced before transfer of ownership if required. As you can see from the build sheet image below this is a fully loaded example, with Navigation, Parktronic, PSE and Full Leather. The paint is pretty good for the age and mileage, I would consider it a 6/10 save for a few door dings, minor swirls, and the mirror covers showing some signs of clear coat failure.
I have original service/maintenance receipts dating back to 2007 from the previous owners. Here are a few of the large items that have receipts. The IMS was replaced 2.5 years ago with almost 99k miles on the clock, I have the service receipt but I do not have the LN MS serial number.

Lastly - here is a decent comp of a very similar higher mileage C4S that just sold on BAT for $27,000:

I am located in South Florida, if you have any questions or would like to see the car, you can reach me via text at following number - I do have a day job and travel quite a bit so please excuse any delays in my replies:

I have also documented all parts and maintenance items that have been replaced since my ownership in an Excel sheet. I can share this with anyone who is interested in the details but below are the major items that I have completed since ownership.

I am more practical on the pricing this time around
If there's a will there's a way. I've literally put less than 500 miles on the car since last time I posted, still in the same condition as before!

If it were 5-6 months into the future, I could probably make the case to my wife that I need this car.
Sorry it’s not getting the love just yet. GLWS!

As a newbie to the world of Porsche, this looks like it would be a great first 911, esp given the fact you’ve addressed so many maintenance items.

Looks like a great car, wondering if IMS uncertainty holding people back
" The IMS was replaced 2.5 years ago with almost 99k miles on the clock, I have the service receipt but I do not have the LN MS serial number."
It doesn't come up in the LN IMS database but that does not mean it hasn't been replaced.
No receipts? It's a $3500 question to most people
