The driver’s side mount is made by Brey-Krause (not sure of part number… possibly R-9079). The passenger side mount is the OEM version, with belt anchor (bolt/washer not included). These are all in excellent working condition, minor paint wear in the areas where the nuts are tightened down. Here are links for reference:
