Dont pry them up, that can break them!
Use a bicycle pump with the small wedge adapter that almost never gets used.
Put that end in the rubber hose on the back of the headlight.
Pump once or twice, grab the headlight washer when it pops up.
Then it is easy to detach.
Having a second person would make it really easy, but I’ve done it by myself every time.
You can also use shop air, but a bicycle pump is more than adequate.

Yeah I broke on of the tabs on mine. Cannot seem to find them by themselves only as part of the whole washer!
