80k seems fair for non CPO non PCCB car. Market on all GT cars is headed down...quickly.

Porsche can no longer do CPO if the car has more than one owner? I haven't bought used for many years now but I believe # of owners used to not be an issue. Maybe I remember wrong.

I totally agree.
NO CPO/LWB/PCCP is not worth close to MSRP. Tires will need to be replaced as they will 4 yrs old soon.
