kinesis uses the standard 40h halves, as far as I know. measure from the inside of the lip to the other edge to get the width. then order from any place that sells wheel halves
VIP modular is just one of many places. they all get them from American rim halves, but you ant buy direct from there
just whatever you do, dont order from Wheelflip. the guy is a straight up scam artist and thief
