Not Hawaii to the states, but I know you can get a car from the UK to Baltimore for ~$750 (I'm shopping defenders), so I can't imagine Hawaii would be too crazy...but then again I could be totally wrong.

It's usually the same if you go through a bank. It really isn't state specific but rather buyer should Fly to Hawaii to see the car.
