Listed here is a 2007 997.1 GT3 with an amazing 3.9 Sharkwerks motor! See below for link to the Sharkwerks site detailing the build.
http://sharkwerks.com/porsche/997-gt...uspension.html

Approx 30k miles on the motor build
Lots of goodies on the car. PCCB, Bilstein Coilovers, 4.0 LWFW, EvoMS Clubsport headers, RSS Motor mounts and more...
Runs very strong and issue-free car. Buy with confidence. PPI can be done at buyer's expense.
The paint is a 7/10 Consistent paint meter readings but the normal wear of any black car that is several years old.

I have owned a 997.2 GT3 RS, 997.2 GT3, and a 997.1 TT. This thing blows them all out of the water with its masterpiece of an engine.
510HP and 9k redline will solve 99% of your problems.

I will be updating this post later with more pictures of the interior and info but feel free to email me or text.

It is hard to put into words just how amazing these cars are. A 997 GT3 with 500hp is simply perfection. It is so nimble and wieldy, yet has the punch needed to keep pace with nearly anything. It makes a 991 feel huge. This might not have quite the front axle grip of the factory 4.0 RS but it is 95% the exact same car without the guilt associated with actually driving and enjoying it! (and costs ~25% of a factory 4.0).

At the GT Smokies event, I frequently give rides to folks that own 991.1/2 GT3 and GT3 RS and they have universally hopped out with a huge smile and slightly sweat palms. This car is significantly more alive than the new ones, the steering feel, the way the car moves around slightly mid-corner as you steer it with the throttle, its awesome.

Congrats in advance to the future owner

I need this car to NOT sell before spring so that it can be mine. I've been holding out for a big motor PDK 981 to replace my Franken-987, but this would do just fine as well . . .

Hopefully someone did there due diligence, there was a RS like this for sale a few years ago and was interested in it. Turned out it had over $60k in accident damage that was not disclosed or listed on carfax.
