Hello, yes these will fit and clear the suspension and brake components. You might want to use a 10mm spacer in the rear for a flush with fender look.
I am not 100% sure what the optimal offsets for a NB with flare kit would be. I assume the offsets wouldn't have to be as low as a WB with the flare kit.
