Exterior: Very nice driver quality. Rock chips on the front hood and wings commensurate with age and mileage. Paint is deep and dark and very impressive. All lights work as they should and HID upgrade was installed in the low beams. 2 small quarter size bubbles under the paint in the common spot at the bottom of the passenger side windshield. They were there when I bought the car and haven’t changed during my ownership.
Interior: In excellent overall shape. Dash, headliner, door sills and carpets are not worn and are in great shape. The seats are special order supple leather seats with heating and driver side lumbar adjustment. Driver’s seat has a scuff just forward of the controls and some light wear on the bolsters. Passenger seat is perfect. ***** on the dash all work as expected. K40 radar detector installed. Sunroof opens and closes without issue. Rear wiper works perfectly. Cruise Control is present but does not seem to work. Stereo is original and the HIFI option with 6 disc changer in front trunk. Rear seats are in excellent shape.
Carfax shows Odometer Discrepancy. Previous owner had the Odometer replaced due to a defective trip counter on 3/25/2009 by Porsche of Burlington, MA at 43455 miles. I have a signed letter from the dealership from the time the work was completed explaining the swap out and signed by the Manager.
Carfax shows accident. Previous owner was at a stop light when the car behind him slowed to stop but still tapped his rear. He decided to have insurance repaint the scratch. I have full paperwork showing the $1,069.09 bill for the paintwork.
This car drives extremely well and has all the “community approved” tasteful upgrades to exploit the looks and driving dynamics that these cars are known for. Car is sold with two keys, Original Window sticker, 10+ years of records (last two owners) and other supporting documentation.

Thanks stpatsday and ok-cami. Yeah, I know I will be sorry to see it go. My boys won't fit in the back seat anymore and if I can't share Porsche driving with them, the car just won't get driven. (I wish I had realized this before spending so much money to make this my dream car, but now I have no worries about someone driving this across the country) I think I will go to a bigger 997 or 991 Cab. It won't be the same, I know, but oh well. This really is a beautiful, fun car that sounds unbelievable with the Fister exhaust.

I got a few notes with questions about the odometer replacement. At 43,455 miles, the Odometer was replaced at the dealer with a brand new one that started at 0. It now shows 12,988 miles. 43,455+12,988 = 56,443 miles. Really sorry for the confusion. Here is the letter from the dealership:

Unfortunately, the buyer had banking issues and had to back out of the sale. Back on the market! Getting back to all who have messaged me, if I haven't, please don't hesitate to DM. Thanks!
