Been on both sides. As seller a flood of pms and few posts. As buyer posting as guidelines dictate and missing out. BTW, I did get a pm from seller saying still available and first to pay gets it. I immediately responded via pm and posted, then silence.

I usually just have guys pm me and move down the line in order. If they can't follow through within a day, next guy up.

Said I would take it if other guy does not by 8:29pm same day. Shortly after 9pm same day said I was ready to pay. Pms sent same time and no response. Seems like something did not go right with regard to who was next in line.
