In the interest of full disclosure, just 3 months and only 3xxx miles on the car, I ran over a piece of debris on a local interstate. There was a small hole in the floor behind the driver seat and it nicked a rear control arm and dented a catalytic converter. The floor panel and damaged parts were replaced (not repaired) and there is no evidence of the work ever happening.
Can you clarify this? Do you mean the underbody cover panel under the car rather than actually a hole in the actual floor of the car? If it was the latter, I would think it would be a weld-in repair panel rather than anything that could be replaced.

Sure, I can explain a little better. The debris did actually put a hole in the floor in a section that just happens not to have one of the black protective underbody panels. Figures, right? But, this is an aluminum section that is bonded into the car and so is able to be replaced rather than repaired. I guess it could be considered a repair panel, but not one that had to be welded in where there would be a seam showing or an ugly welded area where a hole had been closed up.

I hope that answers the question?

Your posted photo of the floor pan shows that the left side has a different surface texture than the other side. So did the repair replace the section or fill it with ? and spray cover the repair with schutz?

Where are the chips and scratches located on the car? Scratches on front bumper cover? Where is that chip located? On a door?

Do you win this car in the PCA raffle? I seem to recall posts about a raffle win.

Awesome car. Thank you.

Right, the replacement panel was just black primer (or paint?) so was schutz coated after install. They got the texture and color pretty close, but like you said it's just a little rougher.

The small chip is on the passenger door, just below the mirror, the scratches are on the sill of the driver's door near the back. The scratches do not show when the door is shut. I took that picture pretty close up, so the size is exagerated a little.

Yes, this is the car I won in the PCA raffle in 2016. I got to spec it out the way I wanted and am really happy with it. I just think the T has a few things that I'd love to have.

Thanks for the interest.
