Looking to sell my 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo (997.1TT) with a 6 Speed Manual. It currently has 45K Miles. Exterior is Meteor Gray with Black/Stone Gray Interior.
Options include: Sport Chrono, Rear Axle Lock, Adaptive Sport Seats. Modifications: Bilstein B16 Damptronic Coilovers; FabSpeed Maxflo Exhaust with Highflow Cats, H&R Spacers, 997.2TT OEM Wheels with new Michelin PS4 Tires.
I have the factory suspension, exhaust, and wheels. I can include these in the sale if needed.
Have had it for just about a year and as much as I want to keep it, finding room to store/park has become an issue.

Hi Everyone,
The car has a clean CarFax and Autocheck report with no accidents or damage reported. I am the 4th owner. A majority of the miles were put on by the original owner (36k miles over 4 years). Owner 2, 3 and myself added the rest of the miles.
When I got the car, the hood and bumper had a rock chips that were touched up. I wasn't too happy with how it looked and had it refinished by a reputable shop here. Now it looks great.
A few minor paint blemishes here and there but nothing major or unexpected for a car of this age.

I am kicking myself for not buying a local 2007 in GT Silver, with 38k, upgraded exhaust, suspension, and all the good options, for 69 grand in the fall of 2016. These things continue to climb in price. The car was absolutely glued to the road and had incredible torque.
