It's gaining value and these are cool.
I regret I no longer have mine - just ordered a 991 to replace my 996 but would love to have an old 964 in the garage...

Keep it.
Don't sell that, ever! She's beautiful, getting rare, and very desirable. For that money today you can have a 991 S with 40k miles, which is a more capable car then the 964, but anyone with a checkbook can have a 991.
