I am the original owner of this 2016 911 GTS. It is a naturally aspirated, manual transmission 430 HP 911 GTS. The car has been covered and garaged, in excellent condition, never
driven in rain or wind ( strong winds can lift sand/ dirt). There are no paint chips on the entire body, no accidents ( the car is untouched/ no correcttions ) and all four wheels are spotless. The car has never been tracked or pushed to the

Not to mention....... you have most definitely driven in the wind. Unless of course you had it transported via enclosed trailer and happen to own your own indoor structure which would allow otherwise.

I beg to differ. A strong wind can lift and carry sand and debris into the air ahead of a vehicle. When you drive through that debris, it causes paint and/or windshield damage. I drove my 911 often between West LA and Point Mugu, where I flew with the Cali Air National Guard. There is a massive sand dune about 3 miles south of the base. Santa Ana winds were blowing 40-50kts across the PCH and, though I could see the airborne sand and slowed down, it was unavoidable. THe windshield and headlights were glazed/scores/pitted (replaced the windshield and wer sanded the lights. All painted surfaces facing forward were pitted- especially the side mirror housings.

You guys are pretty snarky, and even snarkier when the OP had the audacity to reply to it.
And his low number of posts has nothing to do with the accuracy of what he posts. You once had 3 posts, about 2500 ago.

I find his build to be exceptional and would never spec SPASM to drive on SoCal roads. His build is perfect, IMO.

Thanks for your better articulation of what I meant about the wind. I live by PCH and have also seen some of the damage those winds have done to cars. Excuse me for the snarky tone.
