I helped a friend get an allocation for a GT3 Touring which is arriving in the next few weeks. The car is arriving sooner than he expected so he is not going to buy the car which leaves me with it. I have not seen any Touring's for sale and do not know what the market is for them. The car has almost every option possible on it. It is Lava Orange with the axle lift, manual transmission. The build price was $174,000 and the dealer is charging a premium. Is anyone interested or does anyone know what the market is for them? Thanks in advance.
Here is the build. https://www.porsche.com/microsite/po...px?c=/PJUJ9E44

Wow guys, ok, here's the deal. If any of you are actually interested in purchasing this exact touring, you would be purchasing it directly from the dealer. I have had a few people message me saying they are wanting to buy the car. With limited allocation cars, there are usually two costs to the car. The MSRP and a premium the dealer is asking above the MSRP. In this case, the dealer is charging a $35,000 premium. That is not my fee. I am not charging a fee. I got an allocation for a touring and allowed a friend to take it who now cannot take it. I've spoken to the dealer and they are ok with me introducing someone else to them to purchase the car directly from them. Getting the allocation for the friend AND posting this ad can be summarized by the saying no good deed goes unpunished. There are two people who have messaged me saying they want to buy the car. I introduced the first person to the VIP client manager at the dealership who is working with that person. If for some reason that deal falls through I have another person who I will then introduce to the dealer. As we all know, talk is cheap. So if anyone else is interested in the car, all you have to do is let me know. Fellas, I'm on your side here. I'm a Porsche fan. Have been since I was a kid. I own several and hope to own many more.

So from what I can gather, the dealer is selling the car at $25k ADM and you're getting a finder's fee of $10k...sound about right? If not, just tell us where the car is and someone will go buy it. This is how all of these allocation for sale ads work.

Yep, agree, but wanted to see a response, have a wing now that already worked my butt off at msrp, could do a touring as an add....but no plans fo sweat it...if it falls, it falls.

Hi guys. I'm not sure if the car sold or not. I put three rennlisters in contact with the dealer. All three were trying to get the dealer premium down from $35,000 and that is the last I heard.

End of summer deals will be good. Don’t build a pool in the summer, nor buy a GT3 if you don’t have an allocation. Dealers will need Xmas money.
