Can someone, anyone that purchased a 2018 gt3 for anything over 170k (don't care MSRP or adm) walk me through what went through your head when you thought that was a good decision knowing things like this for 120k or 2016 gt3 rs's going for 180k exist?

What an absolute steal, if i did not have a gt3 rs order in, I would try and buy this through a dealer so I can CPO lease it. Great car, dont lower the price anymore, and I dont tell that to anyone. There is still some idiot trying to sell his touring for like 210k that says bump every day, it's insanity. I mean what are the porsche dealers offering you? I can't be too far from this number i mean WOW.
