I can confirm that the Cobb Accessport isn't visible on the PIWIS software that the dealer uses. It's quite possible it could be in logs that get encrypted but not really a concern in terms of a dealership "seeing it." Many don't care, some even sell and install Cobb Accessports. We've custom tuned over 1,000 Macans, never had an issue. Of course Porsche isn't going to warranty an engine if you go tuning it but we haven't heard or seen of any engine failures on the Macan. We have many clients with 100K+ miles of tuned driving.

Thanks!
I have the Flat6 1+ tune and their intake/filter upgrade on my 17' GTS. I will say the F6 1+ tune is MUCH better than the OTS Cobb. It's smoother, more linear and has slightly better throttle response from a dead stop. Highly recommend. My biggest complaint is that there isn't a PDK software tune from anyone which blows my mind. Coming from other PDK Porsche's the Macan is seriously lacking the true performance characteristics the brand is known for.

This is my issue...definitely would be in for a PDK improvement.
