Out of the interest if you look at the pic of the two GTS's in the two silvers or the pic of the two Gt3's (courtesy of an earlier rennlist post), you can see why people say GT Silver makes the shape of the 911 / GT.. note the darker variations over the arches etc in the same light. I think this why GT silver accents the shape much better then Rhodium in my opinion anyway. Again personal choice.

Down to individual retinas maybe. Do you think it’s 100% on the grey scale? Like if you took a picture and then converted it to B&W there would literally be no difference? If not then it must have a tint of something. So what do you see?

I think GT Silver is more gray than silver. Whereas Rhodium Silver is more silver than gray.
Which is why some may detect a hint of brown in the GT Silver.
