Default Poll: touring or touring black

Curious as to the breakdown between those getting the touring with the chrome and silver trim and non-tinted lights and those getting the touring package in black (with tinted lights).

I'm getting a touring and need to decide this fast!

So many options. Really matters IMHO on what paint choice you make. Personally I like the chrome models and the chrome heritage look if there is such a thing. I'm holding my vote until I decide on paint. WHY NO PTS TOURING?

I am sad no PTS touring, but it's ok because my color is not yet approved and would not have made it in time anyway (in spite of absurd efforts on my part). An excuse to get another Porsche once it is approved.

I don't have an order so didn't vote, but I'd struggle to choose, I like some of the black exterior pack but I'm not convinced on the surrounds of the headlights, they look a little off.

I ended up deciding on the silver trim. I kept starting with chalk or lava orange with black trim and wheels but when they released the press photo with silver on standard black it looked so classic and clean I went with that configuration.

The only change I made was having satin aluminum wheels vs the standard wheels. I think the standard wheels are a couple shades darker than the trim so I think something lighter would be better (especially after a little brake dust it will be perfect)

I am not getting a touring though If I was I would get chrome as it's easy to plasti dip or wrap the chrome if you want . Would be no more than $200.00 to do
then best of both worlds

If I were speccing a touring, it would be black with the chrome accents, standard silver wheels.

I didn't vote because I didn't do touring, but if I had spec'd the touring package, I would've left everything else the same, so I would've gone black as I think it goes better with GBM, and I spec'd platinum wheels and PDLS.

I went with the black. Really wanted the chrome and had a GBM car built in Porsche configurator with the chrome trim and satin plat wheels. Ultimately went with chalk, black trim, black wheels. I really think for the chome to look good you need a dark color. I started with the paint color I wanted for the car (chalk) and then picked out wheels and trim that worked with it. I just couldn't love GBM. I tried.

Silver. It looks great on my 50th and it will look even better on a GT3 Touring. The appeal of black trim or wheels is lost on me, but I hope everyone goes with black, helping to make mine "Exclusive Manufaktur" without the Porsche admission price.

I did the same, I guess there will be a lot of chrome on black. It was really hard I also wanted to like gbm or chalk but they just didn’t do it for me.

I did pccbs just to spice it up a bit!

I have posted this before but I am going guards red with Touring Black to match my 964 RS. For me, the GT3 Touring is the closest spiritual successor to the 964 RS that Porsche has made since that car. I am desperate to get one in my garage this coming January. I think they will look great together.

Yep, I am getting one just like this pic.

Now I want PCCB but yellow PCCB with black doesn't look that good as the tail lights are red...sigh. Choices

Anyway Touring Package without black as I want the chrome
