Very nice indeed, what will the finish be as most wheels are silver painted. How do they stay in place, is that an O ring that I see to hold them tight? Do they fit flush in the wheel? What badges are used? (just trying to get the size worked out in my head! maybe show on a wheel?)

They are truly stunning!
I would consider buying a set if the price is reasonable.

This is the standard finish, we can customize them for $15 ea. cap to most common colors.
The rubber ring holds them in place so they can only be removed by the back, not hooked out from the front. Security!
I provided a photo on a wheel for reference to your flush fit question.
Badges we used were from a set of 991 wheel caps.

Raw caps can be purchased at $100 ea. ((Not bad considering the stock caps base/Turbo can fetch $50-65 ea. plastic caps)) raw meaning, no badge, the polished cut and clear coat is standard (included). We can help relocate your old badges from your current caps but recommend the 991 design as they sit flush and don't curve on the edges like the 997 models do.

I think they look nice and I like the O-ring fastening (a la Fikse wheel cap), but at a C-note ea.; for a blank cap, seems somewhat excessive to me.
I like them much better at $320 a set or $100 each for replacements.

Stock caps are around $50 at the dealership, these are 100% better in quality vs. the plastic caps. We worked very hard to keep the cost down but you also need to take into consideration the machine shop, the paint shop and the retailer also need to eat so the price is IMO very moderate considering what goes into each cap.
The goal was to build a set of caps for under $500, we made it to $400 which was above our goal, I'm sure if we put $500 and said for a limited time $400 it might have sounded better but we are just putting it out there at a fair price.
There are other alternatives this is just ours and IMO I think they are priced very fair for the quality of the cut.

Well if you think about it this way, they are a full billet cap that is cut out for 6061 vs. stock caps that are plastic, they are then diamond cut and clear coated.

In being totally above board, how about posting a photo of what the cap looks like as priced and not as embellished with the Porsche crest, since that is NOT what is actually being sold!
Are these caps (raw mat'l included) 100% fabricated and finished in the US, or is the "builder" or "Painter" a China or other 3rd world world manufacturer/processor?
To sell as PICTURED/ADVERTISED, Wheel Dynamics would need pay for authorization from Porsche, along with a fee on each unit/set sold.
I don't claim to know or care how others feel; I personally find it misleading to advertise an item without an actual photo of the item as sold.
Case in point...I have a 964 for sale, $70k. ($350k (as pictured)

They look nice. But wouldn't they look funny on most wheels? Most wheels do not have a shinny, polished look to match. IMO.

While what Wheel Dynamics is doing isn't cheap (but is high quality), I'm curious if people would be willing to pay the price.
I mean, the factory plastic caps are severely overpriced, granted. Plus they have a tendency to lose the crests. But there are both Italian and, lately, Chinese metal ones that are much cheaper than factory and don;t seem to have nearly as much demand. I think it's the OEM mentality... hard to compete with.
