I found my 2004 R32 here on RL. MY 2008 are all automatics. The 2004 models are manual.

R32 at PCA NER AX

Yeah, I'm familiar with the MY differences. If it were for me, I'd be buying a '04, but my friend doesn't drive stick and has to commute in LA traffic so the '08 is the right choice.
