Default 12v socket in GT3.2

Have just noticed that the 12v socket that used to be in the glove box of a GT3.1 is no longer there in the GT3.2. Just a USB connection...which means...as far as I can tell,.....unless you order the smokers package...you will will end up with no 12v sockets..which may be important for some devices. So if you need 12v socket inside the cabin...order the smokers package.

Thanks for the heads-up. There is still one inside the center armrest console, no?

So both the front glove box and the center armrest each had their socket replaced with a USB port (removing 2 sockets total)??

Yep, both sockets gone. Unless you order the smokers package, you don't get any 12v in the cabin.

Note to Porsche marketing department: After all of us have ordered the "smoking package" for FREE, you might rebrand this option at sell it for a nominal cost (especially for those whose wallets have been thinned by PTS). Call it "Porsche Power Access" or whatever -- I need it for a battery tender.

After all, who still smokes and drives a manual at the same time? PDK drivers, carry on...
