Default a little electrical help needed (fuse 24 issue)

Im out in the garage troubleshooting the cause of my turn at the #24 fuse blowing.

My first question is what is the correct connection for the cigar/cigarette lighter? The wiring diagram is no help

Which connection does the double brown and the Black/Yellow connection go to. When I pulled my lighter out, I had the double brown going to the spade on the center of the lighter. That seems incorrect to me.

I'd appreciate your help so I can continue testing.

thanks

Brown goes to the frame. Black/Yellow goes to the center terminal.

Hi Alan, thanks for the quick response. With your help I was able to resolve my issues causing the fuse to blow. I'll share the story in a post later, but is was probably either a loose bulb that was grounding out the fuse. But I found a few other exposed connections that I tidied up.
