Sorry to hear this. Hopefully the pain is tolerable.

Horses scare the hell out of me. Got thrown from Sparky at age 10 while at Camp Robinhood. Never got near a horse again.

Speedy recovery!

Big horse, big toss, big pain. Looking for Radiology and Ortho opinions, with no skin in the game.

Oh geez, that sucks. My daughter rides and jumps for her college team and it always makes me nervous.

Thanks all. Waking up now, looks like a hand again.
Just kind of a bummer. What can an aging dude do?

Yeah, with a MT car it's my wheel hand. With an auto, I guess I can shift into gear and then drive with my good right hand.
Finally a good reason for me to consider PDK!

Since orthos are among the highest paid physicians, suggest you post on the 991 board. 98x and 718 owners are poor relatives

^ true, but more manual drivers on this form, more Kindred Spirits. In the 991 Forum, more people wearing Life Alert buttons around their neck.

Bummer. I did something similar falling off my mountain bike (and down into a small canyon). Here's mine after the repair:

To get back to life (and driving) sooner, be really, really dedicated to PT.

^ Zowie! Yes, I'm planning on lots of PT. Some tough times ahead, I'm sure.
