I do need some input though please - did you use any dynaliner or just the mat? How the noise in the cabin?

Quilted shift boot? I like the idea of it and I have a little bit of material left to try it with.
HiWind, I used Dynomat for the front foot wells, the drive shaft tunnel and the rear seat/firewall.
Not on the floor or the doors. I did use 5mm padding on top of that around the tunnel. But mostly just to smooth out the carpet.
The noise level is up there but not annoying. I don't have any way to provide any measurable Db level type measurements.
By comparison, I did drive it around for a couple weeks without carpet and no sound deadening material......I hated it.
Now I really want to do the seats, but it'll have to wait until I finish restoring my wife's '76 2002.
Its motor is coming back from the builder in 3 weeks.
