Had a private open lapping day yesterday with a few bmw/Audi guys. My buddy in his RS came and we met a driver with a brand new Mclaren 570s and a RS.
Mclaren was quite impressive- tons of power. Beautiful car.
there also was a new Z06 there that seemed to be getting quite a bit of heat soak. He was only running 2-3 laps and then was pulling in. Frustrating to say the least for the owner I'm sure.
Took part in my first official judged car show today and came away with "best track car"...granted this was a more import tuner type event and I'm sure the judges weren't entirely certain on what my car was/is but I managed a perfect 200 out of 200.
fun side bit- the green wrapped lambo is a supercharged with nearly 1000hp.
Beautiful car. On page 4 it has solid black wing endcap stickers. On page 5 it has 3.8 endcaps, with no mention of where you got them and how you like them. I haven't read beyond page 5 so maybe you mention it later but if not, what's the scoop?

good eye! Upon delivery my car went to get ppf applied and at that time solid black was applied.
A few few months later there was a group buy here on rennlist for the "3.8" in the 997!GT3RS style script. I took part of that and swapped them out at that time.
- I believe the guy who sold them was out of Cincinnati. I'll try to find it for you and update this post.

Okay, great! I had actually searched the Goog a week ago looking for such endcap decals and couldn't find exactly the right ones. I wanted the black-with-cutout-3.8 like you have, not just a 3.8 sticker. I'll check it out.
In a perfect world somebody would make a mildly 3-D sticker out of padded vinyl or something that would afford an "engraved" 3.8 in your car's color, ala the original RS wings:
