Is this a real 99.2 GT3 Miami Blue?

I like the Miami blue but when you see it next to Rivera or Mexico it just doesn't hold a stick to those two. That being said it's my first choice or the available .2 colors. I'm hoping, like everyone else to win that pts lottery. Then it will be a harder decision.

The first pic (in the original post) shows it incorrectly. The second one (needsdecaf's) is more representative.
Miami looks good (to me) with contrasting black elements. May not be the best color for a GT3, but looks good on RS and Turbo, especially with a black aerokit.

Here are are some shots of a non-GT3 in the wild. Not quite blue, not quite green. And a headache to photograph properly.
Crude shot under fluorescent lighting.
Daylight shot.

Not sure how somebody got their claws at a high-quality 3D model of the 991.2 GT3 yet (anyone got one?), but then there is also the question how somebody got their flippers on a mexico blue 991.2 GT3.
In any case, Miami blue looks very green when you place it next to an actually blue car. Not like in this photo/edit/render, more in a turquoise direction.
If there is high demand I can actually do a 3D render that would be closer to the truth. I worked a bit on texture representation of Porsche and BMW colors.

I always thought this is actually a 3D render on the left side, but the right side not re-rendered but indeed 2D color edited.
