Just purchased a car from Dick recently. You get what you pay for, he only sells pristine cars. Go ahead and find a fully loaded Cobalt X50 with low miles.
Dick Barbour is very reputable in the Porsche community. Yes, you can find a cheaper 996TT, but it wont be as nice as the ones he sells.
You can mock his pricing but if you do your research he sells his cars, must be a reason.
