Default Should I have 12v at the +terminal on the coil?

I am asking in reference to the 1984 I am trying to wake up. Fuel filter and pump arrive tomorrow, so doing some checking ahead of that.

I have .9 ohm between + and – terminals on the coil

9.11 between + and center terminal where the wire to the distributor goes

I have 3v between coil terminal 15 and ground with the ignition key in the run position. On my other cars I've been conditioned to expect 12v there.

Fresh, charged and brand new battery so don't think that is a factor.

Could someone take me to school on what I should expect to see there please?
