Comprehensive 928 phone dial wheel part number info
..as per the title, I have seen other wheels pics with part numbers, but none quite like this... 928 phonedial wheel part number..I've seen pics of the same number, but inside of the rib, not like this.
can anyone decipher this?

Genuine wheels with part number first line, which can be found in PET.
Second line - the specific Aluminum, Silicone (12%), Magnesium alloy the wheels are made of.
Third line SM - German manufacture of the wheels.
Fourth line - Date of manufacture
Raised wheel offset and width should also be on either side of valve stem.
