Well after my complete re and re of fuse panel, Deoxit and replacement of most relays everything was working perfect until last night. Hit a bump and headlights went dark. Surprised me considering the headlight relay was new.
Took a peek this rainy Sunday and the relay clicks when the headlights go up and lock but no lights. Using Alans jumper method gives me both high and low beam no issues.
is the Wittrin relay Junk? See below pics. Bottle of vintage Red at Curts camp 928 to the first one to spots the problem. Or is that the problem?
We had to send a ton of those back because they failed to work.
Issue has now been resolved and we do not have a problem anymore.
Nice to know what the fix is.

Thanks for the info Roger. If you look at the solder point closest to the #8 on the printed part # there is no solder at all. I spoke with Pelican and gotta give them props because they are going to send me out a replacement no charge.
I'll still bring a few vintage bottles of Red to Curts Camp 928 as I have a cellar to clear out.
