80 sc, twice this week my wiper blade pulled out of the arm. The blades are relatively new from PP. I do engineering for a living, this is so simple,what am I missing, worked fine last season?

Take a close look at the plastic clip that holds it on the arm. I wouldn't be surprised if the locking tab has broken off. When installing it on the arm an audible click should be heard as the tab pops into the slot on the arm. When removing the arm this tab needs to be pinched up to disengage it from the slot.
