I do like what dodge is doing...a ridiculous car that does one thing very well. I'd love to take one for a spin some day, as long as there are no turns.

in defense of the demon he did wait for the po at the turn after they left the street light but he got tired of waiting for the po to catch up

So friend of mine has a 6spd. Hellcat was on my *** as we left the Pond (Honda center) in Anaheim like 10 feet behind me at most, upon getting on the on 5 fwy ramp heading south (long sweeping right for those who dont know it) we both hit it. By the time I got to the top I was 8 cars ahead of him easy, of course he would have caught me once on the fwy if we both kept going. But really how much fun is going in a straight line

Too bad that show 'Are You Faster than a Redneck' went off the air. I used to enjoy watching some of those old muscle cars wax various sports cars from time to time. The guy who hosted it was pretty funny too, even when the redneck race car lost.

One of my friends has a Hellcat, and I took it for a spin with him.
He tells me "come one, get on it."
and I do. So, I was rather unimpressed with the acceleration - then it starts to TAKE OFF... I looked in the rear view mirror and had left maybe 50 feet worth of acceleration marks. That's why it didn't quite "take off"
