Default FS - VGC 997.2 GT3 OEM Steering Wheel Alacantara

Category: Interior
Price (no $ sign please): $550
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (select ONLY those which apply): 997
Location (Region): NorCal
Item Condition: Used

Very good condition standard OEM Alacantara three spoke wheel from 997.2 GT3. As full disclosure, there is some very minor pilling of the fabric at 10 am position, can be treated if you have patience or certainly can be used as is. Center plastic stems are all excellent. Of course, refinishers like Don Le at Dallas Custom Steering Wheel can redo these in a very sexy manner if you like.

I have two of these accumulated from my various low miles 7.2 GT3's - where I have installed aftermarket or redone wheels. I think I will keep one of these in case I ever restore a car to 100% stock, but I will sell one.

Airbag is NOT included. Up to you to check fitment if you plan to use this on any other Porsche. It should work on many others but you need to confirm.

$550 plus ship. Local pickup in SF Bay Area welcome.

eBay has sellers of these in $750-900 range in varying degrees of 'used'. Suncoast sells these for $1300 new.

These look like 997.2 steering wheels. On 997.1 the plastic doesn't extend all the way, if you take a closer look.

yes - new airbag is required - and a bit of programming (*maybe a new steering module as well*)
