These do not look mint. They look scratched up and the finish looks less than perfect. Some of the spokes look painted and some look brushed.
However, for the price, I don't think one can't complain. It's still a steal, providing that they are true and not repaired.

I understand the term is subjective - perhaps the pictures are not the best though
They have just been freshly refinished, and haven't even been mounted on a vehicle since. Any flaws or "brushed spokes" you see are likely just reflections / lubricant from mounting the tires.
Also understand - these wheels have previously been used, so they are USED wheels.
