FWIW, my 18" BBS e07 (similar to e88, but for centerlock cars) has a set of oem TPMS sensors in them and they fit fine. You have to get a replacement stem for the sensor to fit through the smaller stem hole in the rims:
I recognize that my e07s may be different from the e88s, so double check before you shell out the money for the sensors/stems, but I'd be surprised if the e88s differed from the e07s. BBS has always been responsive to my inquiries, so I would contact them.

I have 18" E88 with TPMS sensors, as stated above you need the right stems. Make sure to check the barrels there are apparently different size holes. I got the parts from tpms.com.
I drive quite a bit on the street and I find it handy to have! Good luck.

Stem hole is in the lip. So doesn't matter what centers you have.
Anyone have updates on this? I also just switched my rims to BBS motorsport wheel, and the valvestem of the original wheel won't fit. Will these valvestems work directly with the OE TPMS?
So does this problem apply to 19 inch BBS E88s? I recently acquired these so I haven't had a chance to install anything just yet. Waiting for tires to arrive haha
Does anyone know if 18" BBS E88's will accept OEM TPMS sensors?
Many thanks in advance.
So the real answer is yes they will accept the OEM TPMS sensors AND OEM valve stems but, of course, it depends.
If your outter lips have the larger diameter hole they will fit OEM valve stems and TPMS without modifications needed.
If your outter lip uses the smaller hole you have two options:
1) Buy the bespoke BBS valves built to fit the smaller hole and accept a TPMS sensor (like the ones SupremePower sells).
2) Drill the hole larger to accept the OEM valve stems and TPMS.
In my case, my front 1" lips have the smaller hole. My rear 3.5" lips have the larger hole. So my rears can fit the OEM stem/TPMS out of the box but the fronts cannot.
I wanted identical stems all around so I just drilled the fronts larger and they fit the OEM stem/TPMS just fine. This is MUCH easier that it should be. The smaller hole is actually drilled in the center of a recessed area that is the size of the larger hole. MY guess is so they could drill any size hole in this area without having to change the stamp for the lip.
A drill bit in any powered hand drill can fit into this recessed area securely. So, there is no worry of the bit walking on you. Ergo, no drill press needed. I drilled both holes in about a minute.
Here's the best example of the recessed area with a small hole drilled that I could find in a quick google search:
