Starting with model year 2009 Lamborghini ditched their V10 and went with the Audi V10, so parts are shared both ways.

For sure, and I acknowledged that a few posts back. Like the Porsche 9A1 flat six, there are many versions of the Audi/Lamborghini V10 starting with the original 2003 Gallardo and carrying through to the current R8/Huracan. Different displacements, conventional FI/DFI, wet sump/dry sump, cast/forged internals, turbo/NA.

Hardly makes the Gallardo a 'parts-bin' car. The different Gallardo models, however, are exactly that.

no accounting for taste. Not your cup of tea cool. I dig it and so does most of the thread. Go back to your needlepoint being grumpy about people ruining the "classic" porsche theme.

You are missing the point completely.
