Agree 100%, but I find unique about Porsche is that, even when I see a car specced waaaay differently than I would, with options and touches that I really don't care for, almost always I still think the car looks great. It's really, really rare that I see a 911 and say to myself 'yeah, that looks really awful'. Says something about the overall design of the car I think.

The spoiler, such as it is, has all the qualities of an afterthought. There was no way to do a real ducktail because of the turbo cooling issue, and Porsche felt they had to tack something on, so this is the result.

I would avoid this new fangled wannabe rear wing. Perhaps will look better in person but in pictures it does nothing for me.

The rear wing looks a little too Cayman-esque for my taste.

Strange.....the sports design rear spoiler is no longer an option on the UK GTS build? That take my decision away from me. It was there when putting my order together.

I don't think I would spend money on it.

I'm not going to order mine with the wing. Doesn't look like much to me.

I think it will be prove to be a significant design change for the 991 in the real life.

Smooth back vs a kink in the rear.
It's the new thing!

Afterall in traffic all you really see is the rear, and changes to it will bring some envious attention.

When GTSs roll out and real pictures come up, I think it won't look as subtle as the CGs and many will actually like it!

I think the spoiler is more obvious in real life than in pics. I have a feeling it will looks really good in combination with the front bumper.

Not sure about all of the different possibilities of orders, but at least on my GTS build leather backs were automatic -- I didn't choose them. Don't know if that's because it is Full Leather, or because it's Black/Red Deviated leather (the seatbacks are red just like the rest of the seats), or if it's a function of the 14-way seats plus Full Leather or what. But since I wanted 14s and Full Leather, seatbacks are just a part of the equation.

What was the option code for "full leather"? On the new cars (and old, iirc), you had a series of checkboxes for each part of the interior in leather. Did you just say "full leather" to your dealer and s/he configured it for you?

I wonder if you can put the duck tail on it as on the previous version?

It clicks my buttons with that look, this not so much...
