Have since added the front chin spoiler and lowered the front about 3/4 inch. Added the 17inch Rota's and loving it so far.

Looks like Petrol Blue to me. Any more pictures of the paint? My '79 is PB, but the paint is very far gone, and I always enjoy seeing the paint as is should be. It helps nudge me towards a paint job.

Very true. Mine takes on all kinds of different colors depending on lots of factors. Tweak it just a bit on the phone and it's an entirely different color.

WRT your color, here's a shot of my SC (also my avatar). I "thought" mine was called "Pacific Blue" ...but looks just like yours in daylight (though this pic may not represent that is the real color is less blue and darker than this, and more like yours appears). I wonder if we're the same color and I'm just mistaken about the name?

Edward, does your car ever turn purple? That's when you know it's vanitian. Under some lights (mercury vapor) the car is unrecognizible.

 

Also in shade it appears metallic grey to me
