For starters, no pun intended, well maybe some, this is the original starter to the car. It comes from an 02 911 6 speed cab.

It is worn, and has the occasional wheezing sound when it starts. I believe that it's from the gear not disengaging properly after it has started.
This would be a great candidate for a rebuild.

It worked well when i removed it from the car.
