Question Wheel fit and winter tire combo for 2006 CTTS

I have 18x8 Porsche OEM wheels taken off a 2006 Cayenne S.

I would like to use them on my 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S for winter, but I am not sure if the rotors/calipers will clear them (I believe Turbo S have 380 mm rotors) ... first off, does anyone know if the 18x8 wheels in fact work on a CTTS or is that a bad idea? Do I need spacers to clear the calipers?

If this size makes sense, what winter tire size do you run for the 18x8 Porsche wheel? I would prefer a taller sidewall, but I don't know how much taller is good/ideal for traction, handling, etc. I am in NJ, so we typically get heavy snow typically 2-3 months.

I will probably buy tires from tirerack.com, but if you know other places with better prices please let me know.

TIA!!

Ignore the summer tires in the pic below, those are really old tires from 2003, so junk ...

The front brakes on the CTTS are too large for 18" wheels to fit. The smallest wheel that will fit over them is a 19" wheel.

I run OEM 19" wheels with 255-50-19 Blizzak's.

Now I have to search for 19" wheels!

btw. what width are the 19" OEM? are they 19x8.5, 9 or 10?

Found mine on eBay. I believe they're 19x9. They're the OEM winter wheels that Porsche sold when the SUV was new.

Will they fit over a 2008 CTT? I think its sporting 368mm front rotors. Where the wheels located - for sale?

Don't know if they will fit 2008 CTT.
The wheels are located in NJ 07095. Pick up $400 for the set of 4.

Who was the seller and how much for set?

I came across a seller that has painted the same wheels white, for $399 shipped! If the white matches my CTTS I might buy those.

It was from jr.autosports. I paid $436. You can always paint them.

Got mine from a private individual. Think I paid something really low, like $150-200 shipped for the set.

I bought the 19" on eBay, paid $350 for the set w/ the wheels painted white - the seller says they are color matched to the Cayenne white :-) Will be putting on new winter tires.
