Question CIS/KJET MAF lubrication?

Hi !
I have disassembled my CIS/KJET mass air flow meter to 1) learn how it works and to 2) clean 10 pounds of varnish out of it LOL.

When I removed the straight pin assembly, it seemed as if "maybe" there could have been some residual lube (grease??) in the areas where the ball bearings and spring are housed.
Additionally, there are rubber sealing rings here as well,
which again made me wonder if some lubrication is needed here before reassembly?
High-temp grease?
Canola Oil?
Jheri-Curl Relaxer? Thanks.

If in doubt a decent anti-seize like loctite or permatex would do no harm. I notice my old CIS sometimes
doesn't return to proper idle and suspect a hangup in that area.

And how would that "hangup" at the fuel distributor effect your idle ??

Is this the anti-seize you might be referring to?
Thanks,
