Nice photos. Impressive background. I guess you had to dust it off a bit before the photos.
Thanks! Just iPhone photos on the (very long) way home from the dealer.
Actually, no dusting or cleaning needed. Just drove onto the dirt road VERY slowly. But if there is one thing I have learned after all these years of photo shoots, it's this: The camera doesn't care about things that you have to fix on a concours field (dust, in particularso long as you don't try to clean one part of a dusty car, or brush it with a leg!). But the camera REALLY cares about things that don't matter so much on a concours field, such as steering wheels that aren't centered, seat back angles that don't match, etc.
Unfortunately not the best pictures as a) I'm no photographer b) I just used my phone c) the cars are somewhat filthy after crappy conditions on the first day and d) the lighting was variable at best. That said, here's a couple from our little "break-in" road trip over the border to Montana, taking in the "Going to the sun road" for the first time. Myself in the GT4, the wife (with our daughter) in her Agate Cayman S.

How awesome to road trip in tandem like that. My wife loves driving my GT4 (says it makes her feel "evil"). She's a good driver but doesn't appreciate being in the passenger seat during spirited driving. Maybe it's time to go in search of a 981 Cayman/Boxster S/GTS.
Really nice picts Pete
It's funny the first shots make it appear that you have platinum wheels vs the silver ones, but the later shots in the shade ... No question they are silver...
Anyway beautiful contrast
Gotta love cleaning those wheels ...🙄
Brake dust abounds with this car ...
