Saw this RS at Cars and Coffee in La Jolla last week. Been to busy to post pics. I saw it at the end of a line of cars and thought "that's too light to be UV." The rep from Porsche of San Diego who apparently drove it to the event said the owner just got back from ED on the car. He said it was PTS from an old 964/993 color named Viola (Purple) Metallic. Can't say it's my cup of tea, I'd rather have UV myself if I was going to have a purple car, and if I was able to order PTS, I'd choose something else, but it is definitely unusual for a 991RS. Anybody know of another in this color?

Not viola metallic (3AE) which I've ordered PTS and is much darker. Not sure what this is.

Snipped the wings over the weekend and working on custom end plates for wing delete this week. If anyone is interested I can make a few extra. I get it guys this screws up all the aero on the car and when I do track days the spoiler will certainly be on but for weekend meets around town I prefer it wingless.
