GT3 Front bumper on 911 C2S - Completed with pics

I think the wider hips, side skirts, lower stance and wider wheels help balance the front bumper.
OP, What's the penalty for no front license plate where you are? Kind of sucks having to put a plate on that bumper after all that work.

While the front is obviously beautiful, the sides and back do not match. The front lip moulding should be continuous throughout the sides and back of the car. The 991 GT3 has that look and is beautiful. This car is 1/4 there... Ask me how I know, I wanted to do the same thing and soon realized I had to put the side and back bumper moulding on as well.

UK, no front license plate is a *not* an option; no license plate mean the car is not "roadworthy" (MoT test) big 4 figure fines...

Ha. I just reread my post. Maybe I need to stop starring at these cars so much.
Interesting. And I Thought we had it bad in California.

plus 1, I would like to know as well.
Nice job.
The 911R has the same front bumper and the deployable rear spoiler. I think the look is fine.
If you plan on driving at high speeds, I'd look at having the rear spoiler programmed accordingly if you had the standard front bumper.
Curious, did you get the appropriate air duct pieces for begins the mesh? Looks pretty hollow from the pics. At high speeds, there will be a lot of air being thrown behind that bumper, and if not channeled correctly, could be problematic.
Also .... Had much scraping of the lower lip?

The pricing outlined sounds like something I can stomach. Unfortunately, based on the kit sold by Suncoast, it would cost roughly $8.5k USD plus paint and prep just for the front bumper. I am not known for keeping cars for very long so if I have it a year from now, I may make a good effort to do this retrofit. Hopefully by then the cost will go down.
To complete the look, all you would need are the side skirts and a rear diffuser. IMO, a whole new rear bumper and spoiler is not needed; the R does not have the spoiler and looks great. A rear diffuser would add aggression to match the rest of the styling. I am not known for keeping cars for very long so if I have it a year from now, I may make a good effort to do this retrofit. Fantastic work and I hope more people continue to do this retrofit to rid of the stigma of putting GT parts on a non GT car.

Pretty obvious as a shadow line runs across the trunk lid. Are you going to install the trunk radiator cooling vent next?

This looks amazing! Regardless of making any changes to the rear or side skirts, i think it works. I upgraded my 997 to a turbo front bumper without any other changes and thought it was fine. I plan on upgrading my 991 to the GT3 bumper this year.
